    Download Link: [Hidden Content] I'm petty so here is the latest RSPSi map editor download with all of the new and latest versions of plugins. This was actually a great update and makes the Editor a lot more crisp overall to use. Setup: Download the file, unzip it then drag the rspsi folder into your C:\Users\YourUser folder. Run the jar, select your cache file location and the plugin that you want to use. Note that you will need to try plugins via trial and error unless there is an obvious choice that works properly.     Ok so, idk if anyone needs this or not but here is a plugin for ruse rspsi map editor. Short story is the developer who was working on a project with us has taken donations and left the project.
